What is needed to travel to Hawaii?
Well, we might be leaving the mainland, but we aren’t stepping foot outside of the US. Meaning, you don’t even need a passport for this trip!
How much spending money do I need to bring?
This is really up to how many gifts you plan to bring home, or how many things you will want to treat yourself to while on the trip.
What happens if I get sick or hurt on the trip?
If you utilize insurance through Zywave, emergency room services (such as a broken bone) will be covered as normal. Following the trip, you would submit your claim(s) online, and dependent on the situation, the claim may be covered as out-of-network, but it will be covered. If your insurance is not through a Zywave-sponsored insurance plan, please check directly with them to confirm coverage.
Will I be able to use my company phone in Hawaii?
Yep! Again, we aren’t leaving the US, so things are pretty easy for ya this year!
Can I bring my kids?
We love kids!!!!! But unfortunately Surf Club is not a family vacation. Think of it more as THE MOST FUN AND BOUGIE work event you’ll ever attend. Because of that, no kids under the age of 21 are allowed.
What should I wear?
Resort wear, nothing super fancy. Cute, beachy dresses for the ladies and maybe linen pants, and button downs for the guys. And, of course pack several swim suits!
